Here are some additional ideas of how you could use this sticker book to engage your students!
- Have student use their nutrition knowledge to build a balanced meal.
- Ask students to use the stickers to demonstrate Mise en place.
- Use the Make a Meal sticker book as an introductory activity – ask students to create a plate then calculate the total calories, etc.
- Using their food label knowledge have students create a meal under “xxx” calories.
